Ochsner Telehealth: Using Segmentation, Social Determinants and Patient-Centered Care to Launch a Successful Telehealth Program

Louisianan’s leverage many key ingredients to create the perfect gumbo, the same rings true with Ochsner Health System’s Telehealth program! Ochsner Health System, Louisiana’s largest non-profit academic healthcare system touches over 50,000 patients virtually each year. To gain traction both internally with health system providers and externally with partnering facilities and consumers, the health system launched a multifaceted telehealth engagement strategy. During this session, Ochsner will reveal best practices and lessons learned from their telehealth program, and discuss evolving strategies for the future.
