Lessons Learned on Billing in the Age of COVID

With the rapid increase in volume of telehealth visits during the COVID-19 pandemic, providers are now facing the challenge of managing a multitude of changes to their existing billing workflows. These challenges at best can make an already detailed process even more confusing and lengthy and at worst can result in reimbursement delays and denials for payments.
