Stakeholder Letter Urging DEA to Issue a Proposed Rule on Remote Prescribing of Controlled Substances

Over 200 stakeholders sent a letter to the DEA urging requesting the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to issue a revised proposed rule to regulate the prescribing of controlled substances through telehealth as soon as possible to ensure adequate time for patients to continue existing care.
