ATA Action Stakeholder Letter Supporting Telehealth Services as Excepted Benefits

ATA Action signed a stakeholder letter supporting the Telehealth Benefit Expansion for Workers Act of 2023 (H.R. 824), which would amend the Public Health Service Act, the Employee Retirement Income and Security Act of 1974, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to treat telehealth services as excepted benefits.
