ATA Action Broadband Recommendations in Response to Senate Appropriations Subcommittee

In advance of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies broadband hearing on February 1st, ATA Action sent  recommendations on broadband expansion funding programs.
