Telemedicine in the COVID-19 Era

On a recent Safety Net podcast by Crico Strategies, ATA Chair of the Board, Dr. Joe Kvedar talks about how telehealth has re-imagined the patient-doctor relationship. Here’s some advice he gives to his fellow physicians, regarding whether a patient should come into the office or not:

“As a clinician, I really believe we develop a sense of when we’re delivering quality care or not. And if you just feel like this isn’t quite right…have the patient come in the office.”
