Telehealth and Cybersecurity: Adapting to the New Care Delivery Landscape
When it comes to healthcare, two of today’s dominant influences are telehealth and cybersecurity. As the COVID-19 pandemic drove a rapid increase in telehealth technology adoption, at the same time there was a sharp increase in cybercrime. Coupled with a relaxed regulatory environment during the public health emergency, the opportunity for exploitation is a very real threat. As we move into a new post-COVID era, the benefits of virtual care delivery will continue to drive adoption. As opportunities to treat patients anytime, anywhere grows, healthcare organizations will need to adapt their security programs to meet a new level of responsibility to the patients they serve.
In this webinar, telehealth industry experts will guide you through a holistic view of the infosec, regulatory, and compliance landscape as it relates to the future of virtual care delivery.
