A Deeper Exploration of ATA2020
Moving at the Speed of Innovation was the theme for our 2020 annual conference — and move we did, from an in-person conference to a virtual event. Our members, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees all made the transition to a virtual event during these most tumultuous times and ATA2020 was, once again, the world’s largest telehealth innovation event. There was no time more important to convene healthcare providers, technology developers, business professionals, and decision-makers leading our industry.
Our program featured practical knowledge, best practices, and actionable insights delivered by the individuals and organizations on the front lines, building the future of virtual care delivery. 6 themed tracks, 300 speakers, 144 sessions…ATA2020 was absolutely brimming with amazing content.
We know that for many of you, there simply wasn’t enough time to fully experience each and every session that caught your eye. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be taking a deeper dive into the different themes, insights, and conversations that we began to explore during our event and we hope you’ll find it helpful as you take time to rediscover the agenda.
One of our conference themes was “Putting Consumers in the Drivers Seat”, and many of our speakers and sessions explored how consumers are driving the personalization of health care delivery, and how we as an industry, are leveraging strategies, technologies, and best practices from other industries to improve the experience and deliver on this expectation. There are a number of sessions we’d recommend checking out to dive deeper into this topic including:
- Behind the Scenes with Walmart Health’s Daring Disruptors
- Direct-to-Consumer Virtual Care: When Regulation, Patient Preference, and Innovation Collide
- Enhancing the Consumer e-Visit Experience
- And of course The Consumer Has Arrived, the keynote from Thomas Goetz, Chief of Research for GoodRx who is featured in the clip below:
We invite you to join us in this exploration and continue the conversation on social with us. We hope you’ll take time to revisit the panels and presentations and share your perspective with others. Don’t forget that as a registered attendee you have access to all the content through June 2021, giving you ample time to experience all the sessions you hope to see. And for those of you who weren’t able to join us in June, you can still purchase access to the content here.
Thank you to everyone who contributed their insights and expertise to ATA2020, and we’re excited to continue the conversation with you.
