With a passion for analytics, Dr. Kazianis utilizes data to drive best practices, promote telehealth utilization and deliver high value care. He believes that collaboration is critical to the success of any healthcare endeavor and devotes significant time cultivating relationships with clinical and executive leaders.
Dr. Kazianis graduated with Honors from Brown University with a degree in Biology. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He is triple ABIM board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY.
