Emily is an accomplished strategic healthcare executive with over 15 years of experience focused on value-based care across the continuum, new business development, and innovative strategies for portfolio growth.
She is the executive leader of Geisinger’s Innovation Operations, spanning the four verticals of clinical redesign, intelligent automation, payment transformation and innovation ventures. This cross-functional business division is responsible for supporting the enterprise to realize a unified end-to-end innovation strategy focused on the consumer. The team’s focus is on building transformative, scalable, and sustainable solutions. Emily currently serves as a board member of the Keystone Accountable Care Organization, as well as previously served on the board of Healthcare Improvement Foundation and ACHE of Central Pennsylvania.
