Claudia has 30 years of healthcare strategy and operations experience in both consulting and with large health systems in senior leadership roles in the areas of strategy, operations and financial management. Her experiences include a focus on developing and leading complex strategic initiatives across multiple business units, primarily in the areas of strategic growth, leadership/governance/op model/culture, operational transformation / performance improvement, digital transformation/virtual / hybrid care, population health and consumer and teammate experience. Claudia is a thought leader in the healthcare sector who publishes and presents on topics of strategy, leadership, virtual care, brand and reputation, customer relationship management, value-based care, digital intelligence and risk management at leading industry conferences, such as ACHE, HFMA, Modern Healthcare, HLTH, HMA and HCCA. In addition to her consulting career, Claudia has been a health system SVP & Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Strategy, and as such, she brings industry experience to her clients to ensure that projects are implementable and exceed expectations.
