Carrie Culpepper, RN, FNP-C, MBA, is co-Telehealth Medical Director for a URAC accredited health system, and maintains a telehealth clinical practice providing health services to patients across rural and underserved parts of Texas. Carrie is also the Chief Nursing & Quality Officer at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) in the department of Managed Care, where she leads clinical and operational teams that partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient patient care and promote high-quality patient outcomes. Carrie has over 15 years of experience as an Advanced Practice provider.
