American Academy of Home Care Medicine Meeting to focus on driving change to value-based care

Save the date for the 2018 American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM) Annual Meeting! The AAHCM Annual Meeting will be an independent standalone conference for the second year, building on our previous success of providing leading edge clinical and practice administration content. This year’s meeting will take place October 25-27, 2018. A preconference session presented by the Home Centered Care Institute is planned for October 25 followed by a day and a half of engaging, current and though-provoking content. Focused on the issues and challenges that face the broad spectrum of healthcare professionals providing in-home primary care, attendees will learn from innovators in the field about the latest advancements in delivering and managing home care medicine.
