Telehealth exploded during the pandemic – at Vonage we saw usage of our underlying video communications services rapidly expand ten to twenty times for leading application vendors. Now in the post-pandemic economy, video telehealth sessions with doctors, therapists, and clinicians have become a normal part of the mix for patients, alternating with in-person visits according to needs and convenience.
