Ms. Goodwin has a rich history in leading operational change, as a visionary leader who optimizes clinical and strategic initiatives that improve nursing and operational performance. Skilled in innovation and  transformation, she aligns technology, processes and people to achieve strategic objectives that are sustainable in dynamic healthcare environments.

Linda has demonstrated her ability to lead system change initiatives through her professional roles as CNO, COO and as CNIO for large systems across the nation. In her CSH system role at CSH, she is the executive nursing leader of Transformation that utilizes digital and virtual solutions that ensure bottom line ROI and enhanced professional practice for Clinicians. In her role of CNIO for CSH, she is leading a large-scale change initiative that is culturally realigning clinical informatics to assure demonstrated success through virtual support while innovating solutions to improve or eliminate redundancy in clinical documentation while connecting care across the continuum. In her role as CNIO, she is leading the clinical transformation of acute and clinical care resulting in improvement  of the clinical performance of clinicians across the enterprise through reducing redundancy, standardizing workflows and through measurement of performance metrics across the enterprise.
