Patrick is an experienced nurse leader, board-certified in adult critical care and patient safety, with 15 years of healthcare experience spanning clinical care, education, administration, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Clinical Systems Leadership from the University of Arizona. In his current role as a Manager in Grant Thornton Advisors Growth Advisory practice, he focuses on driving transformational change in health systems, leveraging his blend of clinical knowledge and strategic acumen to optimize operations and enhance performance.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Patrick served as Chief Clinical Officer of an early-stage, AI-based digital health startup, where he co-developed clinical decision support tools, led strategic planning, and conducted market analysis. His background includes leadership roles at not-for-profit health systems, where he led nursing programs and spearheaded initiatives in quality and patient safety. Patrick is actively engaged with professional nursing organizations, including the American Nurses Association – where he serves as a member of the Innovation Advisory Committee on Data Science, Artificial and Augmented Intelligence.
