Jennifer Junis,

SVP, OSF OnCall Digital Health, OSF Healthcare

Jennifer Junis is the senior vice president of OSF OnCall. In this role, she oversees the enterprise-wide strategic and operational structure of three divisions: digital experience, digital care and on-demand services.
During the beginning of COVID-19 in March 2020, Jennifer successfully turned the five-year strategy for OSF OnCall into the OSF HealthCare Pandemic Digital Response Hub in less than five weeks. This led to a contract with Illinois to digitally care for thousands of people across the state.
Since then, Jennifer has advanced several digital health programs serving communities, health care organizations and companies throughout Illinois. This includes transforming the enterprise call center into an omnichannel digital experience; implementing a $64 million state program to increase access to care, improve health care outcomes, and address the unmet needs of Medicaid patients; and deploying 26 modern urgent care facilities.
Before joining OSF OnCall, Jennifer served as a hospital president and chief nursing officer within OSF HealthCare. She has remained certified as a registered nurse since 1994. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago.
