Creagh Milford, DO, MPH, is President of Retail Health at CVS Health. He leads the Retail Health business, which brings together MinuteClinic and CVS Health virtual care capabilities. It is a central part of the company’s health care delivery strategy that is focused on delivering a superior health care experience for consumers.
Creagh is a practicing internal medicine physician and experienced physician executive who most recently co-founded and served as CEO of HighCare Health, a population health management payer and provider services company. His prior roles include CEO of FullWell, LLC and system-wide division president of population health services for Mercy Health. Creagh has served as Assistant Chief Medical Information Officer of the Massachusetts General Physicians Group & Mass General Hospital and Associate Medical Director for Population Health Management at Partners Healthcare. He also served as an operating partner for Gauge Capital, a private equity firm focused on payer and provider investments. He served as a Fellow with the National Academies of Medicine working with the Board of Population Health. He is active in national health policy and has held positions with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT.
Creagh earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Doctor of Osteopathy from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Chicago North Shore, and his fellowship in Health Policy and Management at Massachusetts General Hospital. Additionally, he earned a master’s degree in Health Management and Policy from the Harvard School of Public Health, where he also served as a guest lecturer.
