ATA/ATA Action Letter to CMS in Advance of CY2025 Physican Fee Schedule Rulemaking

In advance of the CY2025 Physican Fee Schedule rulemaking process, the ATA and ATA Action sent a letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that outlines its telehealth policy recommendations and urges CMS to work with Congress to determine timing of their action on the policies that require statutory change.
