Telehealth Policy Update – January 2023

In January’s Telehealth Policy update, we tracked the telehealth policy milestones from the beginning of the pandemic through the end of 2022, including passage of the omnibus legislation in December.

With the support of our members, the ATA and ATA Action have been able to make significant strides in advancing telehealth policy on both the state and federal levels, but there is still much work to be done. Watch the recording as we take a look ahead to the opportunities in 2023, to build upon these successes, as we seek to ensure telehealth becomes a permanent option for clinically appropriate care for all Americans.
