The Annual Meeting of the American Telemedicine Association is recognized around the world as the primary forum for companies involved with telecommunications & technology solutions for healthcare.

Here's what you can expect...

Highly Focused Consumers - involved in the direct management of medical programs that utilize products with telecommunications technology applications. Over 2000 healthcare professionals from all over the world count on making purchasing decisions at ATA 2006. In addition, many exhibitors report important business-to-business transactions and partnerships are forged at the ATA Annual Meeting each year.

An Integrated Sales and Educational Experience - Exhibitors are important to the mission of ATA. Corporate involvement in all aspects of the organization is regarded as a benefit to everyone involved in promoting greater access to healthcare:

  • All registered exhibit booth personnel attend ATA educational sessions as part of the exhibit booth package - this includes all plenary and concurrent sessions as well as Special Interest Group Forums.
  • ATA will be incorporating Exhibitor/Customer Case Study Sessions into the program. These sessions will be scheduled throughout the meeting and will be held as a concurrent session. These sessions will give vendors and their customers a chance to showcase how they work together to develop telemedicine solutions that successfully meet the needs of healthcare providers.

The Cutting Edge - Exhibitors consistently report that the ATA Annual Meeting stands apart from other trade shows. The combination of ATA's substantive program and exhibits makes ATA a unique draw for the top leaders in medicine and technology. The ATA Annual Meeting is the perfect combination of clinicians, administrators and vendors.
Our members are looking for the best possible equipment to meet their healthcare delivery requirements. If you have a product or service that belongs at ATA 2006, I encourage you to contact Amy Durkin, ATA's Manager of Meetings & Exhibits, at 202-223-4249, adurkin@americantelemed.org.

Additional Exhibitor Benefits & Activities at ATA 2006

Last year ATA introduced the Exhibitor/Customer Case Studies as a concurrent session and the Exhibit Buyer's Guide at the annual meeting in order to enhance corporate participation and they were so well received, we are doing it again.

  • Once again we are "mainstreaming" the Exhibitor/Customer Case Studies in 2006. Your presentations will be listed along with all of the regular concurrent sessions in the preliminary and final programs and presentations will be located in a regular concurrent breakout room.

We want to make sure you get the exposure you deserve, so submit your presentations today and thanks for exhibiting at ATA 2006. To submit a presentation click here and make sure you do so soon in order to get your company listed in the preliminary program.

  • Due to the success of the Buyer's Guide last year, the American Telemedicine Association is putting together an Exhibit Buyer's Guide for 2006. The Buyer's Guide will allow consumers at the ATA 2006 exposition and those interested in buying throughout the year to locate companies by which products/services they provide. The buyer's guide will be available online throughout the year and at the ATA Annual meeting for all attendees. Please fill out the attached form (pdf) and fax it back to Amy Durkin at 202-223-2787.
